I Demand Equality by Dawn Knox, shandy (50% Beer and 50% Lemonade)

What happened to equality?

It’s unbelievable that today, individuals dare pass judgement on others. I pride myself on being as impartial as I can, with no prejudice against anyone.

We come in so many shapes, sizes, colours and patterns and with such a variety of features. I mean, how can you compare a toucan with a peacock? Or a sparrow with a turkey?

You can’t, and yet apparently, just because I’m sitting in a bush with my friend, we’ve been judged, and only deemed to be worth half as much as that bird over there sitting in that man’s hand.
